Manage Materials

Materials are physical products that you sell or use in projects.

Create Material

1. Go to Master Data → Materials
2. Click + New Material
3. Fill in the required fields

Required Fields

• Item number: Unique identifier
• Short text: Brief description
• Unit: Piece, m², kg, etc.
• Sales price: Price per unit

Optional Fields

• Long text: Detailed description
• Purchase price: For calculations
• Supplier: Assignment to suppliers
• Category/Folder: Organization

Folder Structure

Organize materials in folders:

Materials/
├── Electrical/
│   ├── Cables/
│   └── Switches/
├── Plumbing/
└── Tools/

Import

You can import materials from:

• CSV files
• Datanorm catalogs
