Quotes are often the first step in a customer relationship. Learn how to create professional quotes.
Create New Quote
Section titled “Create New Quote”- Navigate to Documents
- Click + New Document
- Select Quote
Select Customer
Section titled “Select Customer”- Search for existing customer
- Or create a new customer
Add Line Items
Section titled “Add Line Items”From Master Data
Section titled “From Master Data”Select materials or services from your master data.
Free Items
Section titled “Free Items”Enter individual items manually.
Titles and Groups
Section titled “Titles and Groups”Structure your quote with titles.
Prices and Discounts
Section titled “Prices and Discounts”- Unit prices per item
- Item discounts
- Total discount
Validity
Section titled “Validity”Set how long the quote is valid.
Create PDF and Send
Section titled “Create PDF and Send”After saving, you can:
- View PDF preview
- Send via email
- Download or print
